Booking conditions
Online booking with secure payment, clear times and published rules so you can plan your stay without doubts.
Payment methods
- · Card (full payment): the total is paid securely online when confirming the booking.
- · 30% deposit + cash: 30% is paid online as a deposit and the remaining 70% in cash on arrival.
- · Non-refundable rate (−10%): the full amount is paid online with a 10% discount; in exchange it is never refunded.
- · Prices shown include taxes. No hidden fees.
Confirmation and date holds
- · Availability is checked live and the booking is confirmed once payment (full or deposit) completes.
- · While online payment completes, dates are held for about 30 minutes. If payment isn't completed, the hold is released.
- · Online bookings start from the next day at the earliest. For same-day arrivals, call us.
Cancellation — card
- · Free cancellation if notified more than 7 calendar days before arrival (100% refund).
- · Within the 7 days before arrival: 50% of the total is retained.
- · If not cancelled before the arrival day, or in case of no-show: no refund.
Cancellation — 30% deposit
- · More than 7 calendar days before arrival: deposit fully returned.
- · Within 7 days of arrival, or no-show: the 30% deposit is kept.
- · The remaining 70% is only paid if the stay takes place.
Cancellation — non-refundable rate
- · The amount paid is not refunded under any circumstance, including no-shows.
- · In exchange, the price carries a 10% discount on the standard rate.
Check-in and check-out
- · Check-in from 1 pm. Check-out before noon.
- · Late check-out (until 5 pm) available as an extra, subject to availability.
- · Online check-in (Spain's mandatory guest registration, Royal Decree 933/2021) must be completed before arrival from My booking.
House rules
- · No smoking in the apartments.
- · No parties or events.
- · Quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am.
- · Pets are not allowed.
Groups and occupancy
- · Several apartments can be combined in a single booking with one reference and one payment.
- · Children under 3 don't take a place; ages 3 to 11 count as half a place.
- · If guests expressly accept staying above the listed capacity, the arrangement is their responsibility.
