How do I get to Cantalojas?
Our address is C. Rubial, 32, 19275 Cantalojas, Guadalajara. Open the exact address on our location page and check your route and weather before travelling.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in the apartments.
What is included?
Your own kitchen, private bathroom, heating and WiFi. Each apartment page lists its layout, beds and equipment.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Arrival from 1 pm and departure before noon. Contact us ahead of time to coordinate arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
For refundable bookings, cancellation is free more than 7 days before arrival. Within the 7 days before arrival, 50% is retained. No refund for no-shows or cancellation on arrival day. The non-refundable rate has its own conditions shown before payment.
Which payment options are available?
The booking flow shows full card payment, a 30% deposit or the discounted non-refundable option. Review what is due now and on arrival before confirming.
Is there parking?
Parking is available in the area; check the arrival information. This is separate from the regulated forest car park.
Does my stay include forest access?
No. Forest access and car park booking are managed separately through the official Castilla-La Mancha portal.
How do I check in online?
Use your booking reference and email in My booking and complete all travellers' details. Spanish residence addresses use the official INE municipality and province; enter your actual postal code separately.
Can we book several apartments?
Yes. The assistant lets you combine available apartments in one booking. Check the occupancy rules and full summary before paying.
