What we process and why
Booking data (name, email, phone, dates, amount) to manage your stay and payment. Guest registration data (ID document, date of birth, address, nationality, kinship of minors) required by Spanish Royal Decree 933/2021. Messages you send us so we can answer.
Legal basis
Performance of the accommodation contract (bookings and payments), legal obligations (guest registration reported to the Spanish Ministry of the Interior via SES.Hospedajes, and tax duties) and consent (contact form).
Recipients
Spanish Ministry of the Interior (SES.Hospedajes mandatory guest report), Stripe (card payments; we never store card numbers) and Resend (booking emails). We never sell or share data for marketing.
Retention
Guest registration data is kept for the legally required period (3 years). Booking data for the relationship plus legal tax periods. Contact enquiries for as long as needed to answer.
Your rights
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to apartamentostejeranegra@hotmail.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Cookies
This site uses no advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Only a technical session cookie for the management panel; Stripe may set its own technical cookies during payment.
